Update: This site was running REALLY slow this morning but I just did it (7:55pm) and it only took about 2 minutes to get (2) $2.00/1 coupons!
Go HERE and Create a Family Health History and then create a My History, fill out the form and submit. The link to the coupon will be on the bottom left of the page after you finish (make sure your pop-up blocker is off). I would print this NOW it will not last long!
